In 2016, a freak accident left her with a severe concussion, adrenal fatigue, migraines, and depression. During her two-year healing process, she discovered the power of energy healing and came to appreciate the body's innate ability to heal and stabilize itself. She realized that her true value lay in teaching others how their thoughts, feelings, and emotions affect their physical body and overall health, and founded Ascension, Inc. to share the tools and techniques that had worked for her.
