These courses can be taken at any time as they are not pre-requisites for becoming a HelioSol Practitioner. Some courses complete the topics found on the HelioSol Master Chart and others are specialty courses that go beyond the chart. Practitioners of other modalities can also incorporate the templates presented in these courses into their healing sessions.

More HelioSol Technique
Pre-requisite: Foundational HelioSol Technique
In this more advanced version of the HelioSol Technique (MHT), the breathing and visualization includes additional, more complex, concepts that expand the benefits of the internal light (introduced in the Foundational HelioSol Technique course) to influence the heart-generated toroidal field that exists around the bodymind.
MHT is more of a meditation practice. However, HelioSol Practitioners may utilize it in their sessions with their clients.
By learning and practicing MHT, it will be possible to:

Increase the spin, frequency, and energy of the bodymind’s toroidal field

Bring coherency to all internal bodymind structures

Bring coherency to each subtle body, chakra, and acupuncture point

Expand the diameter of the field out into the environment

Additional HelioSol Technique
Pre-requisite: More HelioSol Technique
The Additional HelioSol Technique (AHT) takes the visualization that was introduced in the More HelioSol Technique (MHT) course and changes it slightly to conform to an advanced understanding of the double-tori structure of the heart-generated toroidal field around the body and how the energy flows. All the benefits gained by practicing MHT will not only still be in effect, but they will also be enhanced.
There will be instructor demonstrations and student practice time.
This course is open to those with the relevant pre-requisite.
HelioSol Instructor Sessions and Group Observation
This course has been designed for some participants to receive a HelioSol session in front of the group conducted by one of our HelioSol Instructors and for other participants to be able to observe and then engage in the ensuing discussions. This is an excellent way to deepen your understanding of concerns, concepts, and templates as the instructor will be explaining them in context of what is being focused on in each session. As well, you will pick up new insights into how to conduct your own sessions.
If you are not a HelioSol student or practitioner, you will still be eligible for receiving a session and then complement it with seeing how the HelioSol System is applied to reach and eliminate the root of all dis-ease and unhappiness in life.
There will be a set number of sessions that will be offered by the instructor in each course. The first people to register will receive a personal one-on-one session until the set number of sessions has been filled. All others are invited to attend, at a reduced fee, as observers.

Study Group
Frequencies and H3O2, Implications for HelioSol Work
Join Sylvia as she presents information on H3O2 (also known as EZ water, liquid crystalline water, and living water), how it forms in the human body with the application of light frequencies, and how the frequencies that we work with while engaged in our HelioSol work interact with the specific characteristics of this water.

It is a recording of a study group that was conducted over Zoom in March 2024. It is approximately 58 minutes long.
