I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in 2000. CranioSacral therapy helped me recover from that health crisis. I loved the work and wanted to learn it, so I could help others to discover and recover with their bodies as well.
I started as the owner/therapist of 'heavenly touch' as a Reiki practitioner in February 2003. In June of 2003, I took my first CranioSacral Therapy course and fell in love with the hands-on approach of letting the body lead the session. I've gone on to take more courses over the years - I have taken courses in BodyTalk, Theta, Visceral Manipulation Therapy, and more recently HelioSol. I love the "work" I am blessed to be doing and to witness people as they continue to heal.
I am a wife, mom to two grown children and a son-in-law, and Nana to three adorable grandsons.

An average session lasts 60-75 minutes

Although most of my sessions are hands on, I do offer distance sessions over the phone or by video call.
