​Welcome! My name is Nicole, and I am a wife, mother of four young children, Special Education Teacher, Prenatal and Postpartum Doula, and practitioner of HelioSol.

Through the years of receiving support from providers and experiencing various modalities, I found great benefits to myself and my family. I became increasingly interested in exploring some of these modalities myself, with the goal of becoming a support person. However, I had a stable career as a Special Education Teacher and was busy raising small children. I had contemplated becoming a doula and learning energy and wellness modalities for quite some time, and eventually, the nudge turned into a shove, and I dove in.

 

I am a strong believer in following our intuition and listening to our bodies. I began with HelioSol courses in 2020, followed by Labour and Delivery and Postpartum Doula training in 2021, and then Craniosacral and Reiki training in 2022. Meanwhile, we welcomed our fourth child in November of 2022. In 2023, I took homeopathy classes for first aid support and a spinning babies class.

 

I am passionate about supporting individuals and families on their journeys. I offer prenatal and postpartum Doula support, as well as one-on-one sessions, including Reiki, Craniosacral therapy, and HelioSol.
