Description of Plants and Ecosystems Courses Included in the Package:
Healing Ourselves to Heal Nature: The HelioSol Approach to Climate Resilience
As our planet faces increasing environmental stress, many people feel unsure about how they can make a meaningful difference. This presentation offers a fresh and empowering perspective: that the health of our natural world is deeply connected to our own inner state. Drawing on HelioSol principles, this course explores how human beliefs, emotions, and patterns can influence the ecosystems around us - from gardens and farms to larger landscapes. By working first with the individual - addressing stress, overwhelm, and underlying belief systems - we create the conditions for natural systems to rebalance and thrive.
You’ll learn how HelioSol can support resilience in plants, improve ecosystem vitality, and foster a more harmonious relationship with nature, even in the face of climate change.
Plants and Ecosystems: Physical Concerns
This course covers the structures and functions of plants and ecosystems that might come up in a session under the Physical Concerns category on the Master Chart. We'll cover plant parts such as roots, stems, leaves, and systems such as photosynthesis, circulation, and reproduction, along with key ecosystem components such as soil, water, microorganisms, and environmental conditions.
Plants and Ecosystems: Templates
This course presents all the HelioSol templates that may be applied in plant and ecosystem work. You’ll learn which templates carry over directly from human and animal applications, which have been adapted or added to, and which have been designed specifically for plants and natural systems.
Conducting HelioSol Sessions on Plants and Ecosystems
This course focuses on how to apply HelioSol in real-world work with plants and ecosystems. We'll explore both the similarities and key differences compared to working with people and animals, including approaches such as working through a representative. By the end of the course, you’ll feel prepared to work with plant life and ecosystems in a way that is both structured and responsive to their unique needs.
